|
Minimum age |
For rental of our vehicle groups A B C clients must be at least 23 old.
|
|
Driving licence |
For rental of groups A B C the client must have held their driving license for at least 1 year. For all other vehicle types, the client must have held their license for a minimum of three years.

National one way rentals: Euro 36,00
One way rentals from Sardinia, Sicily to main Italy: Euro 156,00

|
Extra drivers |
For each additional driver, a supplement of Euro 1,20 per day is required.
|
|
Refuelling charge |
All of our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel.
In the case that the vehicle is not returned with a full tank fuel, a charge of Euro 13,20 will be applied in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.

|
Delivery and collection |
All necessary information for delivery and collection to our clients hotel must be supplied at the time of reservation. The client is required to pay a supplement. For further details, please contact our reservation department.

|
Late returns |
For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum tolerance of 59 minutes is allowed, after wich, an extra day rental will be charged.
|
|
Deposit |
At the time of the rental, the client is required to leave a deposit to cover the cost of the rental, fuel and CDW and TLW deductibles.
Customer must present a credit card (type Amex/DinersNisa/Mastercard) in their name. Deposits may not be paid by bancomat or electronic card.

|
Loss |
In case of keys' loss the client will be charged of Euro 150,00.
In case of documents' loss the client will be charged of Euro 60,00.
|
|
CDW and TLW deductibles |
In case of damages, theft or fire to the vehicle, a fixed deductible of
Euro 850,00 damage;
Euro 1700,00 theft;
The deductible amounts must be left as deposit at the beginning of the rental.

|
Not covered by insurances |
Damages to windscreens, wheels, roof, the vehicle underside and the interior are not covered by insurance.
|
|
Out of hours |
Out of hours operations must be confirmed in advance.
Clients will be asked to pay a local supplement of Euro 37,20.
|
|
Maintenance |
Maintenance expences will not be reimbursed without prior authorisation from our staff.
|
|
Complaints |
Any complaints must be received within 60 days from the closure of the rental agreement.
|
|
Conditions above are generic. Conditions are reported on the rental agremeent to be signed at the time of the pick up.
